A 45-year-old male presented with acute back pain. Despite 7 days of conservative medical treatment, the pain did not improve. Minimally invasive microscopic discectomy was performed, resulting in complete postoperative pain relief.

Sharing a case of a 60 year male who presented with sudden onset weakness with intact consciousness. GCS suddenly deteriorated, and CT brain repeated on the same day showed a sudden increase in the size of the bleed. Decompression was done, and the patient was discharged stable with mild weakness.

A 50-year-old female presented with memory issues and slowing of daily activities. She was initially misdiagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease for one year. Later, an MRI scan revealed a massive meningioma, which was completely excised. The patient recovered well and remained neurologically stable with no deficits.

A 55-year-old male presented with sudden onset left-sided weakness. DSA revealed right middle cerebral artery (MCA) stenosis. Right MCA stenting was successfully performed using a coronary stent.
